Tiny itty bitty haul

I think you can tell that I don't like saving my money from these hauls and I love buying stuff on impulse.

If you were to see my hair, it's really damaged and fizzy. I saw the Tsubaki hair treatment in the store the Amore/Art City in Market Village, Markham today and I just decided to buy it. I haven't tried that many just because I get lazy. I'm going to try this out and then write a review about my results. Which means I should take a picture of my hair now to show before and after results. It was $9 which isn't as bad as I thought it would be, so far it smells pretty good but I haven't tried it yet.

The Gatsby is the purple one (duh!) which is pretty popular for guys and girls to style their hair. I already have the green one an it didn't do too much for me so I decided I would try the purple one. I got the smaller version so in case I didn't like it, the pot wouldn't be sitting there rotting. It cost about $5 at the same store which is kind of expensive but other stores have it for more so I guess it wasn't so bad.

Okay, that's it for this post. I'll definitely try to get a review up, I already have the pictures but I'm a bit lazy to write the review.

A Dupe?

My previous post was my ELF haul and I had bought an ELF All Over Color Stick in Persimmon for my sister. She let me swatch it today and behold, it really reminded me of something else that I owned.

My favourite eyeshadow base is Benefit's Creaseless Cream Eyeshadow in RSVP and the ELF All Over Color Stick looked almost exactly the same.

Right: Benefit Creaseless Cream Eyeshadow in RSVP
Left: ELF All Over Color Stick in Persimmon

They look pretty similar right? The ELF one is a lot creamier and dries slower than the Benefit Shadow though. It's pretty true to colour in this image, although the ELF looks a bit pink it's the angle the light is shining onto the swatches. RSVP happens to be my favourite base and I really recommend it! I got it in the $10 Benefit set from Sephora but as soon as I finish it I 'm definitely going to buy the full size. Here is some more photos with my bad camera skills haha.

The packaging.

ELF Haul + More

I thought I would end up writing a review or something as my second post but I actually ordered from an ELF survey not long ago and I got my order today. I wish I had ordered more! I've never used ELF before and I was so excited. The girl who has the survey has another batch so I'll probably order more because I am loving what I got.

Since I live in Canada, we don't have Target or anything that sells ELF. But good new news for you Canadians because Zellers sells ELF now! I was so shocked when I went to the make up section of Zellers, they have a lot of the predesigned kits and palettes from the Studio Line. They don't have like the separate brushes or anything, boo. My sister actually bought this set:

And she really likes it so go check it out! The best part is it was only $12 CDN but it's $15 on the site!

Anyway back to my haul, I bought a few more things from this seller, she is from soompi and has her own little shop too so I bought two things.

From Left to Right:
Complexion Brush
Powder Brush
High Definition Powder
All Over Color Stick in Pink Lemonade
All Over Color Stick in Persimmon (for my sister)
Shimmer Stick (from her shop)
Epistick (from her shop and for my friend)

I'm 100% happy with my purchase and I definitely want to buy again. I already have my own Epistick that I love to use with with the hair on my upper lip and I knew my friend wanted one so I bought it for her. Also, here's a swatch of the Pink Lemonade Color Stick and the Shimmer Stick:

It's pretty true to color in this photo but I swatched it a bit harder so you can see it better.

That's it for now, thanks for reading this! I`ll try to post up something better for my next post.

Hi everyone!

I'm Lychee (not my real name) and today I am opening my new beauty blog! *claps* I am a huge shopaholic and I thought I'd share my experiences with the different beauty products I tend to buy so often.

Some things I'd like to say about myself is that I love to buy things that have great reviews online and whatnot. Great packaging is also a plus for me. I love trying high end cosmetics and lower end cosmetics because both have their pros and cons. I want to post up detailed reviews and have pictures that can satisfy your needs.

I'm going to start off with my most recent haul which was actually a while ago, about 2 weeks, I've been a bit busy lately and I haven't gone shopping.

What I Bought:
Maybelline the Falsies Waterproof (for my sister)
Stila Illuminating Tinted Moisturizer with SPF 15
Necklace (freebie)
Sally Hansen Nail Polish (freebie+gave it to my sister)
Stila Convertible Color in Orchid
Solanoveil (?) Sunscreen SPF 50+++
Revon Colorburst in Soft Nude
Shiseido Water in Lip in Strawberry
Dr.Jart BB Cream Black Label

The Revlon Colorburst actually melted a little bit and got all over the tube so I had depotted it and put it into a clean jar. The jar used to hold my Maybelline Dream Mousse Cream Blush but I finished it a long time ago. This was after I opened it and used it so I couldn't return it. But I honestly love this lipstick, I love pairing it up with my Kat Von D Lightning Sheer Lip Gloss in Fierce Red, it makes such a pretty colour! But I think this lip gloss was discontinued because I can't find it at Sephora anymore =( This sucks because the tube is kinda leaking out gloss and I keep having to wipe it, what a waste!

Anyway, that's it for now, maybe I'll do a post on my staple items currently, or a review. Thanks for reading.
